Just please give me some names of the sites and i have already tried yahoo and google and ask.comWhat are some good websites to do free public search records?
Just so you know.... these pay sites are a huge rip off and a scam. All they do is ATTEMPT to compile public records that anyone can obtain and then charge you outrageous fees for sub-par information.
None of the pay sights are linked to any official law enforcement data base. They can NOT get you an official Criminal History Report that is maintained by the FBI NCIC files.
I actually had answered a question like this a few months ago and the asker later added info that he tried and paid for a few sites and the information was all wrong. One site actually listed his sister as his wife! LOL.
And once you pay, they will nickle and dime you for even more alleged information. Its all bait and switch.
Save your money. Do some leg work on your own. Check public Clerk of Court records in your county or counties where he used to live. Many states have jail / arrest records on line.. Check your states Department Of Corrections web site. Check county Sheriff Jail web sites. Go to the police department in person and have them print you up any police records that are under his name. (Its public record on closed cases that you have to pay a very small per page copy fee for).
Just so you also are aware.... All juvenile records of any kind are sealed and NOT available to the public.
*edit:
I found the question, read what this guy did and you will see how much of a wast of money it is!
