Court records are public, you can go to your townhall and use their public computers (they're specifically for public record searches) to do the search you're enquiring about... Not all townships update their online info immediatly, they legally do not have to as long as their inhouse records are up to date and available to the public via their in house computers/searches....

So, go to your local town hall, the computers are usually located where you get a birth certificate (all the town halls I been in that's where they are anyway) you do not have fill anything out or speak to anyone, just sit down and search away...
