The internet can provide you with several public records - birth, marriage, police records, background records, etc. Unfortunately though, it may be difficult to find one that offers the services for free. Take note that even the government may charge a fee for it.



There are services however that can provide you with these records for a minimal fee. I stumbled upon an article on Ezine earlier and you may want to check it out.
