I am trying to do a search on this and I am always tranferred to websites that ask for your credit card...How can I access public records to find if someone has been married or divorced ?
Why do you need to know? Does it matter?



If you really want to know, and don't want to spend any cash then it's simple,



ASK the person in question whether or not they have been married/divorced. If you love them, and are interested in them, then their history should not matter. Stop being a snoop, and start being honest.
If u have to go as far as to get your info from public records aint even worth it ,,,,u should be able to get the info u need from the person itself

ps/with any public look up you have to pay for most of them,,

I don't know what state your in but I'm from Oklahoma, and we have a website that is OSCN.net, that is oklahoma supreme court network.com it shows things like what you are looking for. You have to go to town hall and ask the town clerk how you can find out if someone you know was married or divorced. You probably have to pay a fee for them to look up the record. It isnt free.
