During the late 17th through the early 19th century. Statistics on what crimes made up the percentage of crimes would be good too. Ex: Rape made up 7% of national crime averages.Where can I find public records of incarceration rates in England?
Tough one. If England has anything similar to the USA's Library of Congress that is where I would start. At least, if you email them, they could probably direct you where to look.
