Every site that I go to says it will be free, but then it ends up costing money. Is there a site to go through basic public records such as criminal records, marriage certificates, etc. for free?? thanks! ((:Is there a site to research public records for free?
Used to be a reverse phone lookup till the site got taken down and it gave you where the person lived and everything. It's not possible anymore because it cost them to access those records so they charge you a fee enough to make a profit.
