I'd guess not. This should be private. At least until Czar Obama comes to arrest all of us that voted against him. Can u find out the names of the people who voted by public records?
Hi,

You asked, "I know u can find out who registered by public records... but can u can find out the names of the people who casted a vote?"

The true answer to that depends on your state, since each state writes its own election law. In Ohio, where I live, the answer is yes, you can find out if someone voted in any given election, but of course you can't find out who they voted for, since the state collects that information.

In Ohio you can just go to the Secretary of State's website and look up the answer you'd want through an individual voter search (the database is online). Ohio has eighty-eight counties, and some of the counties also offer basically the same data on the county Board of Elections website.

I suggest going to your state's Secretary of State (or equivalent) website (you could just Google, "Statename Secretary of State" to find it) and look around on that website for any information/databases on individual voters. You can try the same thing for the county in which the voter you're interested in researching lives in.

If it's business hours you can just pickup the phone and call your state's Secretary of State "Elections Division" and ask if the information is public or not. If it is they'll tell you how to get it.

I hope that helps.
