Can you lookup public arrests records online?

Just opened up a bar/lounge and I need to screen my employees. Is there a way I can lookup public arrests records online to verify their information on the job application? Can you lookup public arrests records online?
If you are looking to verify criminal histories of prospective employees then yes you can lookup public arrests records on the internet with no hassle. A good public arrest records site will return all kind of information from criminal offenses to aliases, phone numbers and even relatives. You can even conduct your search in one state or nationwide if you choose. Good luck. Can you lookup public arrests records online?
Not sure what country you are in In the UK you can ask employees on the application form if they have a valid CRB (Standard or Enhanced disclosure) if not the employer can ask them to fill in an application form and apply http://www.crb.homeoffice.gov.uk/ if you are in another country then I would think there are the same sort of organisations available. Some countries have an individual document which people apply for who are working with children or vulnerable adults etc ( teachers, community workers etc) and the employer can go online using their registration number together the employees number and check the record.....however I don't think that you will just find a database which has the online records open to the general public as it is a breach of personal information which could be used against the individual
