This guy said he divorced his wife as in he filed for divorce because she cheated but on the public records it shows under Family Law that it was From her To him. Wouldn't that mean that SHE actually filed for divorce and not him? Now I am wondering how sincere he is being...I feel like he is keeping secrets in a way.Public Records when it comes to someone who was Divorced, is he lying?
Give him some credit, at least he is divorced and not like a lot of other guys, dating you and lying about being divorced. Ask him casually to talk about what happened in the divorce again and see if his story stays the same or changes at all.
Giving him the benefit of the doubt, sometimes it is a race to the courthouse to see who can file first. In my case, getting divorced was my idea but while my idiot lawyer was farting around with the paperwork, my wife filed. So it could be just a matter of semantics. not sure. But I know some customs the man wishes to put this through to save face. In his case she did , could be she did the leg work and he just had to sign.
That's not keeping secrets...that's lying.
