Of course, some courts do not have the filings online because they do not have the money to image them and put them online. However, some of them do.

Search the court's name in yahoo such as : Cayahoga County Common Pleas Court. It should find the court's website where it will direct you how to find case information online. Is there a website to go to where you can find public records for free?
Vast, has the correct answer. Additionally, not all Counties, States, etc., put their records online, simply because they don't want hackers gaining access to and altering, vital records, or they just don't have the resources to do so.Is there a website to go to where you can find public records for free?
If you can't find the records you need online, you will have to locate the courthouse where they are kept and visit them in person. 鈭犅?
