I am trying to obtain a marriage certificate online, but everywhere I go they want to charge me. I know I've pulled up theses records before for free but it was a different county. I also know that I should be able to pull up deeds and all. Can anyone assist me in obtaining these records online for free?How can I obtain public records online?
