Unfortunately I don't have good news (well it's not all bad) but it won't be easy to find free public records searches online, this is because:
A quite common misnomer is that information which is "available" to the general public i.e. by the free information act, should then be free. Realistically , most of the times there are offline labor fees, material costs, administration etc. And I'm only referring to offline information, of course there is a large cost involved in putting the information up online.
There are some reliable private companies who invest lots of time %26amp; money collecting info from various governmental and private sources nationwide (to attempt this manually is just not logistically possible), and then sorting and uploading the information online - they charge for this convenience - the ones that are confident about their databases usually have a money back guarantee.
