These records are kept by the agencies that collect them. Your local courthouse, or county clerk, or equivilant would keep the records relevant to them. Other agencies in other communities keep their own.

Some of these agencies post these records online. Some do not. Of those that do, some started doing this later than others, so the oldest records may not have been posted yet, if at all.

YOU need to do some of your own work to find out if the records you seek are available online. Then you go directly to THEIR site to access those records. Those sites that do it for you will, of course, expect to get paid for their work. All that many of them do is, for a fee, direct you to those sites that have the records posted. Save yourslef some money by doing your own legwork.Where can i get FREE public records WITHOUT having to pay at all?

Your county courthouse might have something, depending on what you want.
